UPDATE SEPTEMBER 30, 2026:

According to the court’s minute order, on September 29, 2026, both parties agreed to continue the hearing to November 19, 2026. The court therefore did not issue a new ruling on the restraining order, and the existing temporary orders remain in effect until the November 19th hearing. I will provide updates if the docket is updated in the meantime.

Rosanna Pansino recently revealed that she filed for a domestic-violence restraining order against her longtime partner, Michael (Mike) Lamond, also known as Husky (HuskyStarcraft,) and said that her request was “partially granted.” In this video, I review the public court records to explain what Pansino alleges, what protections she requested, what the court temporarily granted and denied, and what the court has not yet determined.

The allegations discussed in this video include coercive control, sexual assault, interference with medical care, medication-related allegations, monitoring of communications, and other forms of alleged domestic abuse.

COURT RECORDS & SOURCES

Redacted copies of the relevant court filings, along with additional source information, are available here:

DV100 - PANSINO'S REQUEST FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE RESTRAINING ORDER

DV110 - TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER

DV 116 - ORDER ON REQUEST TO CONTINUE COURT HEARING

CONTINUANCE FOR CASE 26VERO01093

PROOF OF FIREARMS SURRENDER

These records were obtained directly through the Los Angeles Superior Court. I have redacted personal information, medical information, and other sensitive details that I find are not necessary to understand the allegations or court proceedings.

The records discussed in this video contain allegations made by Rosanna Pansino against Michael Lamond. Although these statements were submitted to the court under penalty of perjury, the underlying allegations have not yet been adjudicated.

At the time this video was published, the court had issued temporary orders granting some of Pansino’s requested protections and denying others until a hearing. Those temporary decisions should not be interpreted as a final judicial determination that Pansino’s underlying allegations are either true or false.

The continued hearing is currently scheduled for September 29, 2026.

On September 29, 2026, both parties agreed to continue the proceeding to November 19, 2026

This video is intended to accurately report and contextualize publicly available court records and public statements. It does not independently establish the truth or falsity of any allegation discussed.

A note about Pansino's declaration attached to the DV100:

While I obtained and reviewed Pansino's seven-page declaration as part of my research, I chose not to publish it in full because it contains highly sensitive personal details beyond those discussed in this video. I went back and forth on this, and I understand some might disagree or find that disappointing. Ultimately it was an editorial decision intended to balance transparency with respect for Pansino's privacy. The declaration remains part of the public record and may be requested independently using the provided case information.
